Nicole Wells, MA, is a passionate advocate for health justice. At a unique intersection of knowledge gained through extensive lived experience as a patient, graduate work at Harvard Medical School, and advocacy work at EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, Global Liver Institute, and Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates, she uses her background to inspire change within the U.S. healthcare system. As a speaker, Nicole shines a light on a range of complex topics including mental health, rare diseases, bioethical dilemmas, organ donation, rural health, and healthcare access. She works with a variety of stakeholders such as policymakers and regulators to propel advocacy into action. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys registering voters and organ donors, attending music festivals, and caring for the neighborhood cats with her husband.
